2. Refund Conditions

In order to qualify for a refund, specific conditions must be met based on the type of service you've enrolled in.

Online Courses:

  • Refund Request Window: You can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the course, provided:
    • You have not completed more than 25% of the course.
    • You have not downloaded or extensively used course materials.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period or if more than 25% of the course has been accessed.

Offline Coaching Programs:

  • Attendance-Based Refund: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of enrollment, provided you have attended fewer than 25% of the scheduled sessions.
  • No Refund: If more than 25% of the offline program is completed, refunds will not be granted, except under special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).

Subscription Services:

  • Non-Refundable Subscriptions: Once access to the subscription service has begun, the fees for that billing period are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Before Renewal: If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
